4. Trainer Verification

CoTrainr verifies the credentials and qualifications of trainers on our platform to ensure a high standard of service. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by trainers. Clients are encouraged to review trainer profiles and qualifications carefully before booking sessions. CoTrainr is not liable for any issues arising from the services provided by trainers.

5. Booking and Payments

Clients can book training sessions with trainers through the CoTrainr platform. Payment for sessions is processed securely through our payment gateway. By booking a session, you agree to pay the specified fee. Cancellation policies vary by trainer and are outlined in their profile. CoTrainr is not responsible for disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, which must be resolved directly with the trainer.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use CoTrainr in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms and Conditions. You must not:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
